Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Public institutions for intercommunal cooperation (EPCI) competent in water management and flood prevention (GEMAPI) in 2018 in Corrèze

N_COMP_INTERCOM_GEMAPI_ZSUP_019 Table realised in the summer of 2018. It concerns the existence in groupings of municipalities of competence in relation to the management of aquatic environments. This competence, of course, includes water management and flood prevention (Gemapi). This table was established on the basis of information collected from June to July 2018 on the Aspic website (public services access to community information, reference information portal on the intercommunality of the Directorate-General for Local Authorities) and from the prefectures of Corrèze and Haute-Vienne (statutes and arrests) and some groupings of municipalities when there were points of uncertainty. These documents provide the actual situation in July 2018 on aquatic environmental management competence.
