Dataset description

Regulated zoning of Risks Land movements in the municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer taken pursuant to Article R111-3 of the Urban Planning Code. By Decree No 77-755 of 7 July 1977, the Urban Planning Code was amended, in particular Article R111-3 on construction on land exposed to natural hazards. The Barnier Law of 1995 established the plans for the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards (PPRN) which replaced any other plan or device approved by the prefects (risk perimeter defined by article R111-3 of the urban planning code, Plan de Surfaces Submersible PSS, Plans of Areas sensitive to Forest Incendies PZSIF... ). The Barnier Act aims to strengthen and unify preventive action. It further states that the procedures already approved are PPR. Pursuant to Article R111-3, the perimeter of areas exposed to natural hazards was approved by prefectural decree of 29 October 1981 on the municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer. The PPR is a public utility bondage. Land subject to natural hazards in the municipality of Sanary-sur-Mer is classified into 2 types of areas, due to the severity of the risks: — Zones 1: in which new constructions are prohibited with the exception of works of public interest — Zones 2: sensitive sectors in which new constructions are subject to prior study and geotechnical checks. As a reminder: only the paper document remains enforceable.
