Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Saclay Plateau Natural, Agricultural and Forest Protection Area (ZPNAF)

The natural, agricultural and forestry protection zone of the Saclay Plateau was established by Decree No. 2013-1298 of 27 December 2013. Publication in the Official Journal took place on 31 December 2013. The Etablissement public Paris-Saclay (EPPS) implemented the studies and consultation prior to the definition of the protection zone and ensured the engineering of the creation of the decree. After a public inquiry phase from 12 March to 14 April 2012, the decree records the preservation of 2,469 hectares. Within the protection zone, the EPPS is working on a programme of action which specifies the development and management guidelines intended to promote farming, forest management, the preservation and enhancement of natural areas and landscapes. EPPS wants to sustain a lively and productive agriculture on the plateau and its surroundings.
