Launched in 2014, the new National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU) is a follow-up to the National Urban Renewal Programme initiated in 2003. It consists of improving housing, redesigning, transforming and rehabilitating neighbourhoods through demolition and reconstruction of social housing and residential buildings. This file represents the perimeter of the district of regional interest located in the municipality of Bastia, validated in the prefiguration protocol signed in 2016.
