Dataset description
This map layer, produced by the DRAAF Languedoc-Roussillon at INRA, is an indicator of agronomic potential for “large and diversified crops” uses of agricultural soils in Languedoc Roussillon.
Built from the map of soil-landscapes (Base de données Sols in Languedoc-Roussillon) at 1/250000th, it makes it possible to identify statistically the agronomic potential present in the regional territory. The database makes it possible to prioritise soil qualities in 7 soil fertility classes. On the other hand, the resolution of the starting data (1/250000) makes the contours of the Cartographic Units of Sols unpropriated for restitution at the municipal level.
