The perimeter of an SCoT must be equal to that of one or more EPCI. Following the entry into force of the SDCI on 01/01/2017, the scope of SCoTs has automatically been reduced or extended in the light of the new EPCI perimeters.
The municipalities impacted by these developments are considered “white zones” pending the revision of the new host SCoT.
The scope of the procedure (SCoT approved, adopted, ongoing, under revision or lapsed) is therefore not the same as that of the active SCoT (colour or white zone), hence the need to have 2 tables: L_SCoT_2017_Proced.shp and L_SCoT_2017_Styl.shp.
