Dataset description
This dataset describes, by DU (planning document), the procedures under preparation or revision of the current DU and those that are approved.
The elementary data for year N are produced by the departmental directorates of the territories in January N+ 1 and decided on 31 December N (by 2019). The vintage dataset is usually produced in March after a verification process, including their completeness, consistency with the GOC of the year. However, very specific inaccuracies remain possible.
