For the protection of air traffic at civil and military aerodromes, aeronautical markup easements, which include the obligation to fill certain obstacles and certain locations of visual or radio devices designed to signal their presence to air mariners or to enable their identification or to support the installation of such devices, may be established.
Marking surfaces are parallel surfaces and are 10 metres (20 metres for filiform obstacles) below the aeronautical clearance surfaces (T5servitude).
They are derived from an obstacle assessment study carried out by the air navigation services in the explanatory note attached to the aeronautical clearance easement.
A non-exhaustive list of obstacles identified in X, Y, Z on a plane with a number and a colour (green vegetation, red all other artificial obstacles) is provided in the annex to the Aeronautical Release Ease.
However, marking may be imposed in relation to aeronautical clearance surfaces based on existing infrastructure.
The generator of a public easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induced, by virtue of regulations, constraints on the way the land is occupied on the surrounding land.
The disappearance or destruction on the site of the generator does not result in the removal of the easement(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question.
