Class I6 easements concern easements relating to mining and quarrying. These are two types of servitudes. Land tenure easements established for the benefit of mine operators, explorers and holders of exclusive research permits; this implies, in particular, for the operator of a mine, the possibility of occupying the land necessary for the operation of his mine and the facilities necessary for it. The same applies to the explorer in the course of his exploration work and the holder of an exclusive research licence (conducting the research and installations necessary for the extracted products). B) Passage services granted to holders of mining titles, quarrying licences or research authorisations. Beneficiaries of securities may: — establish cables, pipes or conveying equipment and towers and masts necessary to support them at a minimum height of 4.75 metres; — bury cables or pipes at a minimum depth of 0,50 metres and establish structures of less than 4 square metres of surface necessary for the operation of such cables or pipes, as well as boundary terminals; — clear the soil from all trees, shrubs or other obstacles. In addition, on a “broadband” strip, comprising the band provided for in the preceding paragraph, the width of which shall be fixed as above within 15 metres, shall be authorised for the passage of persons responsible for setting up, monitoring, maintaining, repairing or removing the above-mentioned equipment and the passage of the equipment used for that purpose. In forest land, sprawling may, if necessary, be allowed up to the limits of the broadband. This resource describes the surface plates of Class I6 easements confused with their generators, namely the contours of the mining perimeters determined by the geographical coordinates of the tops of the grid tiles or by those of roads and roads delimiting, where appropriate, the part of the national or communal territory defined in the SUP’s act of institution and/or by an annexed delimitation plan (topographical plan or cadastral plan)
