Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Urban Transport Perimeters (PTU) in Charente-Maritime — Communes adhering to a PTU

Municipalities of the department of Charente-Maritime members of a PTU. An urban transport area concerns the territory of a municipality or the territorial jurisdiction of a public establishment which has been entrusted with the task of organising public passenger transport. At the request of the mayor or the president of the public establishment, the representative of the State shall determine the establishment of the perimeter, after consulting the General Council in the event that the departmental plan is concerned. [.] The urban transport perimeter may also include several adjacent municipalities which have decided to organise a public passenger transport service in public. The establishment and delimitation of this perimeter shall be determined by the representative of the State at the request of the mayors of the municipalities concerned after the opinion of the General Council.
