Bathymetric environmental recognition surveys of the Dunkirk EMR study area were conducted by the Shom in 2016 and 2017. All validated probes have been used to create 0.5 m mesh field numerical models. 5 additional NTMs on the park area were provided to the Shom by iXBlue to fill areas of data absence.
Bathymetric surveys carried out mainly at SMF 2040c by hydrographic headings at a speed of approximately 6 knots (described in the final survey report No 42 Shom/GHoA/NP of 7 March 2017 and 150 Shom/GHoA/NP of 21 September 2017 (park zone) and No 201 Shom/GHoA/NP of 19 December 2017 (corridor area))
Data available:
Final NTM without interpolation:
— Raster file ascii Grid: MNT_0.5m_2017_L93.asc MNT_0.5m_2017_L93.asc.aux.xml MNT_0.5m_2017_L93.prj
— Depth layer GeoTIFF raster file: MNT_0.5m_ 2017_L93.tif (export of the depth layer of MNT.csar)
— Density layer GeoTIFF raster file: MNT_0.5m_ densite_ 2017_L93.tif
Final interpolated NTM:
— MNT_0.5m_2017_interpolate3x3_L93
The NTM was then interpolated to fill the few empty meshes (5,795 meshes interpolated in total, out of a total of almost 91 million meshes), average value on a matrix of 3x3 meshes around the empty mesh, with a minimum of 3 non-empty meshes in the matrix.

Raw.csar files, developed under CARIS BathyDataBase (BDB), are not uploaded due to their volume (upon request).
Horizontal references: WGS84 assimilated to the RGF93 geodetic system (65 cm difference between the two systems, taken into account in the theoretical error balance); projection Lambert93
Vertical references: ZH in Dunkirk for probes, the vertical reference of altitudes is the zero of the 1969 NGF-IGN system.
