It describes each machine by building permit which is the subject of an instruction by the Departmental Directorates of the Territories (DDT) of the Poitou-Charentes Region.A park requires a building permit and is therefore subject to an administrative procedure, instructed by the DDT. This layer describes only the wind turbines so instructed by the DDTs of the Poitou Charentes Region.
