Dataset description
This PER permit gives its holder an exclusive right to explore liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons within the defined perimeter. The objectives of all exploration permits are to gain a better geological understanding of the subsoil and to assess the hydrocarbon potential of an area.
These are files of RIP applications which are approved by ministerial order but also those in the process. However, the scope of the RIP requests is information that can be communicated to the public pursuant to Articles L.124-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code.
