Fairing areas in the marina, anchorage areas and private boatyards in Calvados

As part of the implementation of the action plan for marine environments, Cerema water, for the Ministry of the Environment, a national study was carried out by the Ministry of Environment. Metropolitan France allowing to identify the level of equipment in fairing areas private marinas, anchorage areas and boatyards in order to assess their respect for the environment. The data collected for the Calvados department made it possible to build a layer of geographic information. The latter locates in this department, under form of points, sites (recreational harbours, anchorage areas and boatyards) private) whether or not equipped in fairing areas. The layer also characterises the level equipment in the fairing areas of each of the sites identified and, for those equipped with a fairing area, the type of effluent treatment.
