Number per mesh of protected plants (vascular plants and Bryophytes) for the Hauts-de-France region, observed before 2000 Description of content This layer specifies by mesh of the five departments of Hauts-de-France (02, 59, 60, 62, 80), the number of protected plant species (vascular plants (Fougères and Seed Plants) and Bryophytes) and observed before 01/01/2000. “Protected Plants” means taxa registered in one of the following regulations: — Annex II and IV to Directive 92/43 EEC: “Habitats, Wildlife, Flora” (European Protection) — Annex 1 and 2 to the Decree of 20 January 1982 as amended by the Order of 31 August 1995 (National Protection) — in the Haute-Normandie region under the Decree of 3 April 1990, in the Nord — Pas de Calais region under the Order of 1 April 1991 or in the Picardie region under the Decree of 17 August 1989 (Regional Protection) The following are excluded: — taxa considered “non-spontaneous” (spontaneous status = “C”) for “Regional protection” — and taxa considered 'non-indigenous’ (Sponsor status <> 'I' or 'I?') for 'National Protection' and 'Directive 92/43 EEC: Habitats, Wildlife, Flora” but also observations of cultivated populations.
