The PPRT Study Perimeter is defined by the envelope curve of the effects of hazardous phenomena at one or more high threshold ICPE (AS) institutions.
Hazardous phenomena whose probability is made sufficiently low by a passive safety measure or by active safety measures meeting certain criteria are excluded.
The Study Perimeter will be the starting point for hazard mapping by combining the types of effects, intensities, and probabilities of dangerous phenomena (7 hazard levels). The intersection of urban issues, risks, and consultation, will result in a mapping of urban areas (4 level of regulation).
