Les îlots sont des portions de terrain d'un seul tenant, d'une seule exploitation et dont les limites sont alignées sur des élements du paysage : haie, forêt, cours d'eau, route, chemin, etc. L'îlot est l'objet support des déclarations de surfaces pour les aides de la politique agricole commune (PAC). Ici, seuls les îlots où la culture "maïs" a été déclarée en 2012 ont été conservés.
