Inventory of commercial cells located in the 76 municipalities of the Pays de Rennes. A commercial unit or a trade is a room that can receive from the public. On the other hand, other more qualitative indicators on the business unit have not been updated: These include the estimated sales area (per slice or plain), the state of the premises and the price range. Among the attributes: idcell = Unique identifier of a commercial cell c_insee = INSEE code of the municipality where the trade is established c_Name = Name of the municipality in which the trade is established a_num = Address number a_route = Name of the route of establishment of the trade address = Full literal address idsite = Identifier of the connecting commercial site. The room is considered to be isolated if the field is empty. sign = Name or business name as at 31 December 2014. The name is “LOCAL VACANT” if the room is vacant. codeape = EPA code of the store’s activity. SIRET = SIRET code of the establishment activity = Free trade. act_grpe = Code of grouping of activities from the classification “Pivadis Activities”. surf_vtr = estimated sales area in slices. This value is recovered from version 2011 of the commercial cells, assuming that the surfaces did not change between 2011 and 2014.
