In accordance with Article 25 of the Law on the Future for Agriculture, Food and Forestry of 13 October 2014 and Article L112-1-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code, the Prefect instructs, every five years, the departmental commission for the preservation of natural, agricultural and forestry areas (cdpenaf) to carry out an inventory of the parcels considered to be brownfields, which could be rehabilitated for the exercise of an agricultural or forestry activity.
Because of its design, this inventory is not intended to be exhaustive, but is intended to help locate potential agricultural wastelands. It does not replace a fine photo-interpretation or a visit on site.
In all cases, it is necessary to get closer to the DDTM services in order to verify which environmental impact assessments and/or administrative authorisations are needed before any clearance is carried out.
