Public utility easements (SUPs) are administrative limitations to the right to property. The collection and conservation of SUPs is a sovereign task of the State, which must bring them to the attention of local and regional authorities so that they can annex them to their planning documents. JS1 type SUPs are for the benefit of legal entities governed by public law which have financed private sports equipment. The right-of-way of the plates may be either all buildings and grounds of the sports equipment, or the sports enclosure corresponding to the cadastral plots and encompassing all the equipment.
