Landscape Maps — Normandy

Subject to an annual call for projects launched by the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the landscape plan is a tool for elected officials to enhance the attractiveness of a territory. It makes it possible to understand the landscape as a resource and a lever for local development and to rethink the way in which spatial planning (planning, transport, infrastructure, renewable energy, agriculture) is redesigned by putting the landscape at the heart of the process. This approach concerns both urban and rural areas, degraded areas such as those of high quality, remarkable spaces and those of everyday life. The landscape plan is a concerted approach between different actors (elected, inhabitants, entrepreneurs, etc.) in the service of a territorial project.
