Point location of installations including the mechanical energy supplying device (spring wheels, turbines) and equipment using this energy (manufacture of flour, generators of electricity, etc.). Old installations (such as old mills), more or less preserved, can benefit from a special scheme (water rights) and must therefore also be known to the services, and consequently listed in this data package. Installations with a power exceeding 4,500 kilowatts are covered by the Law of 16 October 1919 on the use of hydropower and Articles L 214-1 to 6 of the Environmental Code.
