These ratings have been determined:
— during the development of Natural Risk Prevention Plans (NRPPs)
— by studies outside the PPR: Informative Map of Inundatable Areas (CIZI) and subsequent studies
This layer does not cover Toulouse because this PPRI does not have PHEC ratings but lockers. They're polygons. The registers of the Toulouse PPRI are attached to this file, in the file CASIERS_PHEC_PPRI_TOULOUSE_2011.zip
