Dataset description

Local geolocation of CGEDD opinions and decisions on projects, programmes and schemes published by the CGEDD website (http://www.cgedd.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/l-autorite-environnementale-r145.html). The period covered is 2016-2021. Infra-communal (majority) projects are attached to the municipality concerned; supra-communal perimeter projects are linked to the geometric entity equal to the meeting of the municipalities concerned. The same applies to programmes and schemes except regional or national plans, programmes and schemes attached to the municipality of Marseille (region prefecture).
