Is a clearing any voluntary operation directly or indirectly causing the destruction of the forested state of a land and ending its forest use.Any clearing requires prior authorisation from the administration.The clearance shall be exempted from this authorisation in woods and forests with an area of less than a threshold between 0.5 and 4 ha (threshold fixed by department and by the representative of the State).
