WFS Service — The control of non-collective sanitation facilities is the responsibility of the Non Collective Sanitation Public Services (SPANC).
SPANCs are responsible for:
— design control: control of the remediation project, prior to the application for a building permit or in case of rehabilitation;
— supervision of execution: notice, before filling, on the proper execution of the work;
— the diagnostic control of the existing: control of the existence of the non-collective sanitation facility, including during a real estate sale;
— periodic inspection of the proper functioning of the installation.
