The Labour Code provides for the possibility of derogation from the Sunday rest rule in certain sectors previously identified:
— International tourist areas (ITZs) defined by orders of the Ministers responsible for labour, tourism and trade pursuant to Article L.3132-24 of the Labour Code;
— Tourist areas (TZs) defined by prefectural decree pursuant to Article L.3132-25 of the Labour Code;
— Commercial zones (ZCs) delimited by prefectural decree pursuant to Article L.3132-25-1 of the Labour Code;
— Station rights-of-way listed by the Order of 9 February 2016 for the application of Article L.3132-25-6 of the Labour Code.

The table L_SECTEUR_DEROGATION_TRAVAIL_DOMINICAL_P_R11 proposes an ad hoc location of the areas of derogation from the Sunday rest rule established in the territory of France.
It only takes into account the sectors in force, thus excluding those sectors which have been cancelled.
