Partial revision of the PPRi du Val d’Allier Issoirien (63DDT20160001) approved on 13/06/2018 — Puy-de-Dôme

The partial revision of the PPRi Val d’Allier Issoirien was approved by prefectural decree of 13/06/2018 under Articles L562-1 and following of the Environmental Code. It concerns the municipalities of Brenat, Issoire, Le Broc, Les Pradeaux, Nonette-Orsonnette, Orbeil and Parentignat. It includes the following parts: — Presentation note and annexes thereto — Summary presentation note of the revision — Regulation — 7 regulatory zoning cards — updating of the presentation note and its annexes — modification of boards 3, 4, and 5 of the regulatory zoning — amendment of the rules of the Rd zone All the documents are available on the website of the State services in Puy-de-Dôme (www.puy-de-dome.gouv.fr) The associated GIS layers conform to the COVADIS PPR format of 31/10/2012 and include: — scope of exposure to the risk of the PPRi, — zoning of the hazards of the PPRi, — regulatory zoning of the PPRi.
