Dataset description

The coastal trail is intended for the public who want to access the sea and walk along the shoreline. This trail, which allows you to discover natural sites, is located along the metropolitan coast for nearly 5,000 kilometres. The continuity of the road is ensured, inter alia, by the use of pedestrian easement along the coast (SPPL), established by the Act of 31 December 1976 which thus provides for a right of way over private property. As its name suggests, the use of this easement is reserved for pedestrians, which prohibits cyclists, riders and any motorised equipment from using it.
