Dataset description

The Water Planning and Management Scheme (SAGE) is a planning tool, established by the 1992 Water Act, aimed at the balanced and sustainable management of water resources. It aims to reconcile the satisfaction with the development of different uses and the protection of aquatic environments, taking into account the specificities of a territory. The SAGE of the BF comprises 258 municipalities, spread over 3 departments: Meurthe-et-Moselle, Meuse and Moselle, for an area of 2 418 km².
