Dataset description
The primary network (1) of the Plan Intempéries Rhône-Alpes and Auvergne (PIRAA) is divided into sectors, which are determined according to:
— their homogeneity or specificity in terms of meteorological events;
— knowledge by sector of singular points presenting difficulties in terms of traffic during winter weather.
A sector is a surface area; it is characterised by wording similar to the road networks it covers. Currently, PIRAA applies to 16 sectors throughout the South-East Defence and Security Zone.
