Dataset description

Local Urbanisation Plan (PLU) digitised. This lot informs the right to build in the municipality of JOUX. This PLU is digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The dematerialisation of the graphic documents of a PLU generates a set of spatial data composed of several layers: • The ZONE_URBA layer containing the urban areas corresponding to the zoning plan of the PLU: these areas include urban areas (U), areas to be urbanised (AU), agricultural areas (A) and natural and forest areas (N). A regulation is attached to each area. The by-law may lay down different rules, depending on whether the purpose of the constructions will relate to housing, hotel accommodation, offices, trade, crafts, industry, agricultural or forestry operations or warehouse functions. • The PRESCRIPTION layers containing all surface, linear and point requirements applicable to the PLU or POS. The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in articles R151-30 to R151-50 of the Urban Planning Code. They are superimposed on an area in the planning document and in general impose an additional constraint on the settlement of the area. A regulation shall be attached to each prescription. • INFO layers containing surface, linear or point geographical information which are annexed or reported for information on the graphic documents of the PLU. Each information is described by a text. • The HABILLAGE layers containing all the surface, linear or point elements of graphic documents (frames, annotations, cartridges, caption..) to allow the printable version of these documents to be edited in paper form.
