Dataset description

**Digitised Local Urban Planning Plan (LUP)** This lot informs about the right to build 90 municipalities out of 95 of the Métropole Européenne de Lille. Not included: the PLUs of Allennes-les-Marais, Annœullin, Bauvin, Canin and Provin. This PLU is digitally translated into conformity with the national requirements of the CNIG from the management base of the MEL PLU. **Information annexes** These annexes describe areas where provisions under the Urban Planning Code or external legislation may interfere with the right to build. The documents or decisions reproduced in the Annex may generate obligations independently of the requirements of the PLU or contain information important for the implementation of the projects. These are: * easements of public utility, listed in the annex to Book I of the Urban Planning Code. * items listed in sections R. 151-52 and R. 151-53 C. urb. (e.g.: noise exposure plan, concerted development areas, pre-emption areas, soil information areas, etc. Note: the annexes may contain other information, such as the mention and location of sites containing archaeological remains covered by Decree No 2004-490 on administrative and financial procedures in the field of preventive archaeology (see Articles L. 522-5 and R. 523-1 Heritage Code).
