Pursuant to Article R.111-3 of the Urban Planning Code, these layers define the risks of subsidence due to the dissolution of salt.
Article R.111-3, approved by prefectural decree of 19/03/1991, is equivalent to PPR under Article L562-6 of the Code of the Environment.
__Origin__
This layer is the result of the digitisation of the restricted zones appearing on the original plans of the boundary plan for the risk of subsidence due to the dissolution of the 1991 salt at the scale of 1/10 000.
These limits are usually set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries.
