The list of priority works on the RM basin is being revised for the period 2022-2027 in line with the work on the revision of the SDAGE and its programme of measures.
This dataset concerns the restitution of the old programme 2016-2021:
A list of works hindering ecological continuity and requiring works (equipment, development, erasure...) has been drawn up by the State services (DDT and DREAL) with the support of ONEMA (current French agency for biodiversity) and the water agency, in consultation with the management structures. It was drawn up on the basis of a diagnosis of the works present on the sections of rivers listed in list 2 and on the priority action areas of the PLAGEPOMI.
Not all works located on these sections require compliance. Indeed, some have already been the subject of actions in the past, notably in the 2010-2015 programme of measures, while others do not significantly impact continuity. On the other hand, depending on the sections, the implementation of the obligations linked to List 2 may, where appropriate, go beyond the priority works listed, as a result of morphological changes in the river, for example.
A first list was published in January 2016. 1378 books have been identified. Following the 2016 consultation conducted as part of the development of PLAGEPOMI 2016-2021, changes were made to the list of priority works in the basin: corrections, clarifications on highly migratory issues and the deletion of 3 books. The list is thus increased to 1375 priority works.
The restoration of continuity on these works represents a strong ambition for all the owners of the works concerned. It is the ecological continuity component of the 2016-2021 programme of measures under provisions 6A-05 and 6A-06 of the SDAGE and will be taken into account by the State services when drawing up Territorialised Operational Action Plans (OTAPs).
In addition to the restoration of continuity, certain works listed in list 2, in a state of ruin, must be subject to administrative regularisation in order not to recreate obstacles to continuity; these do not appear in the attached list but are the subject of an administrative procedure by the water police services.
