Protected perimeters and modified protection perimeters of historical monuments in the Gers department

Easement of public utility (SUP) provided for in Articles L.126-1, R.126-1 and A.126-1 of the Urban Planning Code, relating to the protection of heritage (code: AC1). Easements of public utility are administrative limitations to the right to property established for the benefit of public persons, concessionaires of public services or public works, private persons engaged in an activity of general interest. AC1 is a heritage protection servitude. This layer describes the perimeters of protection that apply around historic monuments classified or listed in the supplementary inventory. __Origin__ Geographical layer generated from the information contained in the table of historical monuments and then enriched with PPMs (modified protection perimeters). The reference used is the Pci cadastre vector. The dataset manager is DRAC Midi-Pyrénées.
