Public plots in Brittany

Type of property at the level of the plot by groups of public owners. Data created from land files produced by the Directorate-General for Public Finance (DGFIP). Land files are produced by the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFIP) The delivery of DGFIP consists of 5 main files: — Owners (FP) — Built properties (FPB) — Unbuilt properties(FBNP) — Properties divided into lots — Reduced initialised topographic directory (FANTOIR) The files are used for statistical and mapping purposes 1- to monitor the evolution of agricultural, natural and forestry areas and densification by urbanisation, 2- to identify risky places and public and private properties likely to contribute to the implementation of the Ministry’s policies, 3- to allow to observe the housing stock (houses and enterprises), its characteristics and its evolution, 4- To set up surveys on land and forest owners
