The rando cafés in the Northern Department. The name “Cafés Rando Nord” is a label awarded to some catering establishments that guarantees hikers a warm welcome and quality products. Developed by the Conseil Départemental du Nord in partnership with the agency Nord Tourisme, it allows restaurant owners to benefit from certain benefits and thus contributes to the maintenance of the activity and the development of tourism in the department. Mainly located in the Flanders, the label was declined at the end of 2018 in Avesnois, always with the support of Nord Tourisme. The Departmental Committee of Hiking is part of the project and our volunteers participated in the pre-audit of coffees according to the specifications. The inauguration for the Scarpe-Escaut and Avesnois zones took place on April 26, 2019.
