This lot contains all the sections making up the viaire frame in all the municipalities of the Compiégnois region in the form of lines.
A section is a constituent part of the viaire frame
A section may or may not be named by track wording.
A section belongs to one or two municipalities.
A section usually represents the centre of the roadway.
The sections of tracks are topological: the ends of a section correspond to intersections or junctions, except in the case of overlapping (see next paragraph).
The sections manage cases of overlap with the “Franchissement” attribute.
In the case of a bridge (passage of a road or rail section): the sections cross without cutting.
A section begins at an intersection or junction and ends at another intersection or junction except in the case of an impasse.
An intersection or junction delimits:
— a change in the name of the route represented;
— a change of Fantoir code;
— a change in the mode of traffic (automotive or soft modes);
— a change in traffic (number of lanes,...);
— a change in federality or manager;
— a change of common;
— an intersection with another section located at the same level.
All modes are represented (road, path, cycle path,...) as well as the specific soft modes connecting 2 sections (staircase, specific pedestrian path, etc.).
