The regional aid map defines the areas and, depending on the area, the limits and conditions under which public aid for business investment may be considered, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1628/2006 of 24 October 2006, published in the Official Journal of the European Union L302 of 1 November 2006, and Commission Decision C (2007) 651 of 7 March 2007 referred to above, as compatible with the common market by virtue of the provisions of Article 87(3) a and c of the Treaty establishing the European Community.
