Retrieval of urban planning documents

This project presents the plan for the zoning of municipal planning documents, it is part of a process of rehabilitation, i.e. the compatibility of zoning at the inter-municipal scale with each other. The value of implementing a harmonised zoning of POS and PLU is to facilitate the reading and readability of the regulations for those who regularly need to consult them. A common nomenclature, which can be used by all municipalities despite their great diversity, has therefore been drawn up to provide a homogeneous view of the different situations identified locally, respecting the specific characteristics of the municipalities. This proposal is the basis for a common vocabulary between the municipalities. The proposed nomenclature is not frozen and may be modified or updated in the light of changes in the urban context.
