The cycling data describe, on the one hand, cycling facilities and cycling routes.
A cycling arrangement corresponds to:
— either to a pavement arrangement (e.g. bicycle strip, bike path)
— either to a signalling arrangement (specific cycling linkage)
A cycle route corresponds to the succession of roads and/or cycling facilities used to connect two points (or make a loop). Thus, several different routes can take the same layout.
The data is divided into several categories, depending on whether the facilities are managed or marked by the CD67 or not, and depending on whether the itineraries are the responsibility of the CD67, the ADT or other partners.
