Municipalities composing the rural area of the North — Definition adopted by the Departmental Council on 13 June 2016.
The Department of the North retains for the definition of the rural area the municipalities which are not dense and very little
dense, to which are added municipalities with less than 2000 inhabitants classified as intermediate density
and a few town centres of less than 7,500 inhabitants that radiate in a rural environment.
According to the following typology of rural communes: Village centre with rural radiation, Less than 2,000 hab. in intermediate density,Commune little dense and very little dense.
