Scope of EPCI projects with own taxation foreseen in the SDCIs of the Norman departments

This set of data is a graphic representation of the mergers and extensions of public institutions of intercommunal cooperation to own taxation (EPCI) provided for in the departmental schemes of intercommunal cooperation (SDCI) adopted in March 2016 by the prefects of the Norman departments.The evolution of the intercommunal map will be the result of a concerted work of the representative of the State in the department (NOTRe) provides for strengthening the role and the size of the intercommunal structures with own taxation.The evolution of the intercommunal map will be the result of concerted work by the representative of the State in the department and of the elected representatives during the development and implementation of the inter-communal cooperation schemes.
