A publication of common series for Terres d’Europe — SCAFR and SSP was carried out on the basis of a recast of the method for estimating the market value of agricultural land. This project is now being translated into the common distribution of prices for land and agricultural meadows at all geographical levels, the quality of which is certified by the SSP. The values correspond to the price of land and meadows of more than 70 ares in euro current per hectare.
