The regional planning database (Badora) of the DRIEA is a table listing all the concerted development areas (ZAC) of the Île-de-France region which have been digitised by the departments of the Departmental Units of the DRIEA (UDEA 75, 92, 93, 94) and the Departmental Directorates of the Territories (DDT 77, 78, 91, 95). The data collected by the UDEA and DDT have been reprocessed by the DRIEA headquarters departments in order to form a single simplified table. The database is intended to be updated on a regular basis. The initial version updated on 20 June 2019 is discussed here. Enriching the ZAC data with building data from the Fonciers Files and Sit@del2 allows both individual CZs to be qualified and a regional vision. However, these initial results are not exhaustive and can still be improved, as the existing data produced by the departmental departments (UD and DDT) is still only partial.
