Dataset description

Areas for the distribution of water, where there is a deficiency, other than exceptional, of resources in relation to the needs, have been defined by Article R211-71 of the Environmental Code and by Order 2009-1028 of the Basin Coordinating Prefect of 31 July 2009 as amended on 14 October 2016. Prefectural decrees identify the municipalities concerned in each department. In particular, the Bajo-Bathonian ERA was amended in 2017 by joint interprefectural order of Orne and Calvados; the ZRE de l’Aronde was amended on 25 May 2018 by interprefectural order of the Oise. The revision of the GIS layer of 2018 consisted of an update of the contours of the Bajo-Bathhonian and Aronde ERAs, as well as a verification of the contours of the other ERAs in relation to the existing departmental decrees and the hydrogeological context: — Cénomanian ZRE: Integration of forgotten municipalities in the 2013 layer — ZRE du Champigny: Restriction of municipalities to keep only the right bank of Melun and Fontaine le Port (77) — ZRE de la Beauce: Integration of Barbizon (77), forgotten in the decree. — ZRE of the Albien: Integration of Ste-Geneviève les Gasny (27) forgotten in the 2013 layer; Integration of several communes of the forgotten Eure into the prefectural decree (manifest hydrogeological error); Exclusion of Mauquenchy (76) mistakenly integrated into the 2013 layer; Exclusion of 5 municipalities (Bezancourt, Le Fossé, La Ferté-St-Samson, Beaubec-La-Rosière, Le Thil-Riberpré — 76), cited in the decree but not concerned by the Albien table (manifest hydrogeological error).
