A5_ASSIETTE_SUP_L Class A5 easements relate to easements relating to public water and sewerage pipes. For the benefit of public authorities, public establishments or public service concessionaires, which undertake works for the establishment of drinking water pipes or the disposal of wastewater or rainwater, an easement conferring on them the right to permanently establish underground pipes on unbuilt private land, except the courtyards and gardens adjacent to the dwellings. If the building permit is granted subject to the relocation of the pipes, the cost of such travel shall be borne by the beneficiary of the easement.
