Dataset description

The City of Paris has a local urban planning plan (LUP), approved by deliberation of the Paris Council of 12 and 13 June 2006. This document has been amended many times since then, by means of a simplified revision, modification or compatibility. The L_EVOL_PLU_PARIS_S_075 table lists the procedures for the development of the Paris PLU since its approval in June 2006, which: — or have covered only a small number of sectors in the territory of Paris, which can be represented on an on-site basis; — either were of a general nature and cannot be associated with a specific site. Procedures related to public transport lines do not appear in this table, but in the table L_EVOL_PLU_PARIS_L_075 (linear geometry). In addition to the approved procedures, the L_EVOL_PLU_PARIS_S_075 table also includes “ongoing” procedures, i.e. draft developments not yet adopted but which have already been the subject of administrative decisions, a declaration of intent, consultation or administrative consultations (e.g. referral to the environmental authority). Procedures that were discontinued after their official launch also appear, by being identified as such.
