11 regional associations have just joined together around common values to promote sensory education. The map layer gives the location supplemented by the references for education to taste. This approach is supported by the DRAAF LR and the Rectorate of the Montpellier Academy in the framework of regional food policy. These associations now work throughout the year for education to taste for both young audiences and the general public.
